What information do you require before we can receive a quote or place an order?

  • Item required and quantity.
  • Delivery date for your promotion, conference or event.
  • Branding requirements - how many colours is your logo or message to be branded?
  • Final destination of goods to be delivered
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities are listed by product on the website. Unbranded items can be ordered in lesser quantities but a surcharge will apply. For branded products the following are our minimum order quantities:
  • 10 units for embroidered items. This can be mixed for apparel eg 5 x ladies polos, and 5 x mens polos
  • 25 units for printed items.
What are your lead times for branded items?
Lead times vary depending on the product chosen and the type of branding required.  Typically most locally stocked items can be sourced and branded within 7-10 working days. Unbranded items can be delivered the next day or within two working days. Some branding processes require 2-3 weeks for delivery. Indent lead times (sourcing from overseas) are normally 10-12 weeks via sea freight. We can also air freight items, for an extra cost, which will shorten the indent lead times.

What is embroidery?
Embroidery is when your logo or brand is machine stitched directly onto the garment or promotional item. A digitised set up is required. We tend to recommend embroidery for apparel, as it looks professional and will last longer if the garments are going to be washed and ironed frequently. Embroidery prices are based on the number of stitches per logo/design and units run at one time rather than how many colours are involved. We will need to see your logo/brand design before we can confirm the final pricing for embroidery.

What is printing?
There are many types of printing available for promotional products and apparel. The following are the main ones we recommend;
  • Pad Printing – suitable for printing onto smaller items such as pens, desk items, drink bottles etc. Pricing is based on the quantity and number of colours in your logo or design.
  • Screen Printing – suitable for printing onto larger items such as bags, compendiums, t-shirts, umbrellas etc. Pricing is based on the quantity and number of colours in your logo or design
  • Digital or Transfer Printing – suitable when your logo or brand has multiple colours and a detailed design. Pricing is based on the quantity, size of print and number of colours in your logo or design
Do you have a catalogue you can send me?
We have thousands of products available and tailor each product selection to suit your specific enquiry. We tend to use our website as an online catalogue to give you an idea of the types of goods available. What format do you require our artwork in?
For embroidery and digital prints we require a 300DPI Jpeg, for everything else we require your logo/design as vector based artwork – either an EPS or AI file which allows us to pull the colours apart and create separate films. When providing artwork, please ensure that all fonts are converted to curves/paths/outlines.
